Home perfect has had 3 different times to fulfill my orders. They are HORRIBLE ! I would NEVER recommend them

I recently ordered a wall mounted toilet from the website. When i went to install the tank on the toilet i realized it was the wrong tank for the toilet. I called there Director of Sales and Service Christy Landry who had horrible customer service from the time she answered the phone to the time she forwarded me to a department that was closed without letting me finish what i was saying. Hello, and thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your order history. The purchase was delivered on October 2, 2019 and damage was reported that next year, January 12, 2020. Our customer service team lead, Calvin, filed a damage claim against FedEx in good faith for you. This claim was denied due to the length of time the material had been in your possession. Bought a $4600 tub that doesn't work. Tub manufacture or Homeperfect wont help repair tub even though it's still under warranty.
