Cory is professional and very helpful. He answers questions we have about prevention and remediation.
The service that I paid for was not fully provided to me, which led to a dangerous situation for my two pets. The company initially apologized to me and offered me a 50% refund to compensate for the poor service. That was almost two months ago, and I still have not seen any refund. When I call, I am always promised that my money is coming and that I will see it in 1-2 days, but it never comes. Protect your pets and your money and go with another company.
Shout out to Matthew.. I been live here at Arium for almost a year and I have never someone as friendly courteous and knowledgeable... He explained every step of the way how roaches act, think, and how you guys can treat them. 100% top notch professional service. kudos to you Sir 🤝
