Andres with Home Paramont came today for. A General Pest control. Appears very knowlegable and was willing to answer any questions. He also found and removed an inactive wasp nest. Thanks Andres
He was ver nice but was only here 5 minutes. There is no way he can get done with what you invoiced me for. That’s the second time in row that nothings been done. I will be changing service!!
This pest control company stays on schedule with our quarterly visits. The agent took care to inspect every portion for new pests and ensured product was sufficiently placed.
Tested an arrival time 2 days prior to appointment of 2:30-4:30. When had not arrived by 4:10 I called and asked if they were coming. Phone rep said in a smart way that the arrival time for 4-6. You need to be more conscientious of times. I sat at home waiting on you while I could have been doing other things. You have to remember you work for me and not me for you! Service agent was very nicer
