This is our first need for pest control (mice). Initiated a call to Home Paramount and an inspector (Tim) came out the same day. He contacted the technician (Anthony) who came out the next day and placed the necessary bait boxes. Been with this company for years. Reliable, courteous, professional. Patient with a procrastinator who delays the annual inspection for termite control. Took me months to get that done but they were kind and nonjudgmental. I have no bugs or spiders anywhere so I am more than happy with this company. My technician is a joy to know. The termite inspector, Tim, is wonderful.
