Been with this company for years. Reliable, courteous, professional. Patient with a procrastinator who delays the annual inspection for termite control. Took me months to get that done but they were kind and nonjudgmental. I have no bugs or spiders anywhere so I am more than happy with this company. My technician is a joy to know. The termite inspector, Tim, is wonderful.
My termite bait system coverage ended 06/11, they never called to schedule the bait refill. I called 06/12 and got on the schedule for 06/28, I made sure it was in the notes that several stations needed to be reinstalled. The tech didn’t refill all existing stations and said he forgot his auger so couldn’t install the missing stations and would be back.
