I had someone who’s never been to my home. Service was scheduled on 7/18, but no call, no show. I’ve had an ant problem in the kitchen all summer, and I think my issue has finally been solved! My tech explained what he was using indoors and out (no one ever sprinkled granulated ant poison outside before). I was very happy with the service I received on 7/25.
We really like our technician, Jerome, who has been coming to our house for years. He is very knowledgeable and professional and always asks if we need anything besides the regular survey and service.
Time was changed and I was NOT notified. Said rang doorbell and I was home and did not hear it. Would have preferred if Jeremy had called or text me on my cell when he was here or was coming earlier. I was told between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. and he came around 8:30 a.m. I can't tell if the area was treated or not and would have preferred to have observed the service.
Paramount Pest Control assigns one of their employees to be your go to person for all things "pests". Wow, what they have to deal with sometimes! Mice, gross crickets, and today, a hornet's nest outside my back door. Gino is always on time, calm, cool and collected no matter what the issue. He suited up today and promptly got rid of those dangerous hornets! Thanks Gino, and thanks, Paramount Pest Control.
Mr. James came last week and showed up with a "quality assurance" young gentleman. I hope the younger gentleman watched closely because I'm sure he can learn a lot from Mr. James! He's the best!
