Horrible service, keep getting harassing calls long after I've cancelled service. Next stop is fixing a complaint with the BBB or the olive for telephone harassment and abuse.
Long time customer …. Service fair …. Until …I missed the appointment date tech left a Sorry we missed you please call to set up an appointment…. my schedule is booked so hard to comply with their schedule…. I called to canceled service and customer service says they complete the service externally…. I have a balance $117 … well I have ring cameras everywhere …I would disagree on service preformed …Ilong story I ended up paying anyway I feel I shouldn’t have been charge …
We have never needed pest control before… so I had 2 companies come out to give estimates… I was amazed at how different they were in cost & presentation. Tim won us over immediately… he was so easy to talk with, very HONEST & knowledgeable! He’s always a text away and responds all the time… we will never use anyone else!
This is our first need for pest control (mice). Initiated a call to Home Paramount and an inspector (Tim) came out the same day. He contacted the technician (Anthony) who came out the next day and placed the necessary bait boxes. The. service from Home Paramount has been exceptional, from our initial call to Tim O’Connor to our scheduled treatments from Anthony and Justin.
