Home Paramount came out to service my property. We had an issue and contacted the office and spoke to the manager named Kim. She sent out a few technicians to correct the problem immediately! This is the type of manager every company should have working for them!
Please work on the phones (meaning the person who does the phone needs work). I stop calling you guys for a few years because of the same thing and here we are today. And the last review says the same. Smh. Work on pricing you guys were 3x the other companies. (corrected.... No I was talking about your company) Good luck with that.
