The first time that my wife and I went to this store we found a bargin. We ran into some complications about the purchase. We left the store and vowed never to return. After an angry email was sent to the corporate office, I was contacted immediately by the director of marketing who forwarded a copy of the email to the district manager. My wife and I had heard good things about this store. We went there to check it out this past Sunday and we found a bargin. A 12 x 12 gazebo that was $400 on sale "as is" for $200. When we asked if we could pay for it now and return with a truck later, to give them time to take it down, we were told "Oh no we don't do that, we'll give you some tools and you can take it down yourself". Recently, I purchased tile flooring and wood from Surplus Warehouse in Montgomery. I can not say how it will last, but it is beautiful. However, I had a problem with several boxes of the tile being mismatched and the wrong color. I returned to the store and the (manager?) worked with me and informed me to get what I needed.
