No hot water multiple times for days at a time because of their decisions??! Stay away!! Land lord specials are free here! Maintenance leaves behind a mess, shared spaces are gross and they don't clean.

I like the secluded location of Water's Edge in Forest Park. It's in like , a pocket, deep in a wooded neighborhood. Not off of a major city street. Maintenance has always been on point. The appliances are in good working order. The property owners recently repaved the majority of the parking lot, especially the driveway coming in. Nice! Overall. I've had a great experience leasing and living in my apartment..

I have just moved into this apartment and am completely disappointed with my unit. I feel scammed and am nervous on my living experience here for the duration of the rest of my lease. Upon moving in, my roommate had to deep clean the unit because it was not cleaned at all. I had to clean whatever my roommate couldn’t get to. Our oven, and dishwasher still does not work even though we’ve mentioned it to the property management. They’ve dragged their feet in helping us, and we are at a month moved in.
