This company is a fraud don't waste your time with them. They just want to take you application fee don't call you have to call them just t be told I wasn't approved there a spam and run when you see there listing

Current resident in a Homenow properties complex and I can confidently say that while the location is excellent and the addition of dumpster/trash pickup is an appreciated bonus, the management company does the bare minimum to maintain their properties. The wooden porches of the buildings are rotten and constantly filled with hornets and yellow jackets. Property manager, Leora, is a scam artist. When you move out, she’ll try to charge you thousands of dollars and accuse you of damaging the property, but then cannot provide an itemized receipt. This has happened to many tenants who have tried to move out. The apartments are in awful condition as well. Edit: I see you’ve responded to my review. No, it is not a mix up. I have the right company.

I’ve only been living here for a month and I can tell this property management company is a disaster. We have called maintenance about a yellow jacket nest in our mailbox four (4) FOUR separate times. Home Now Properties keeps saying the request is completed without even having a technician come by to check it out. They close the request without doing anything. We have not been able to access our mailbox for nearly a month now with valuable mail inside. Not to mention they never came to fix our hot water issues. NEVER. We ha... read more
