I've been living here for 5 yrs now and have really enjoyed it. The location is perfect and the management team is always available and willing to solve any problem you may have. It's very quiet and they keep the property clean. If you get the opportunity to rent here I highly recommend it.
It’s quiet community in our apartments. I would recommend a friend or relative, not a perfect experience but comfortable.
This company is a fraud don't waste your time with them. They just want to take you application fee don't call you have to call them just t be told I wasn't approved there a spam and run when you see there listing
Current resident in a Homenow properties complex and I can confidently say that while the location is excellent and the addition of dumpster/trash pickup is an appreciated bonus, the management company does the bare minimum to maintain their properties. The wooden porches of the buildings are rotten and constantly filled with hornets and yellow jackets.
