I like the secluded location of Water's Edge in Forest Park. It's in like , a pocket, deep in a wooded neighborhood. Not off of a major city street. Maintenance has always been on point. The appliances are in good working order. The property owners recently repaved the majority of the parking lot, especially the driveway coming in. Nice! Overall. I've had a great experience leasing and living in my apartment..

I have just moved into this apartment and am completely disappointed with my unit. I feel scammed and am nervous on my living experience here for the duration of the rest of my lease. Upon moving in, my roommate had to deep clean the unit because it was not cleaned at all. I had to clean whatever my roommate couldn’t get to. Our oven, and dishwasher still does not work even though we’ve mentioned it to the property management. They’ve dragged their feet in helping us, and we are at a month moved in. The properties of Maple Place Apartments (1352 North Ave NE, 1360 North Ave NE, and 1414 Euclid Ave NE) (Candler Park/L5P Atlanta) are genuinely lovely: hardwood floors, vintage charm, great location, and spotlessly clean on move-in. It seemed like a great, no-frills apartment, and I would have loved to stay long-term. Unfortunately, Home Now Properties made that impossible. Maintenance issues were severe and ongoing.
