Haven't had the greatest experience so far. Initially communication was great, but once I've gotten moved in hard to reach anyone. The toilet in the half bathroom doesn't flush properly, the one upstairs was supposed to be getting fixed the handle was broken before I moved in and we've been have to stick our hands in the back of the bowl to flush it and the fridge leaks I have to put paper towels in front of it to keep the floor dry. Eric is a great guy. Good landlord.
We are on our second property with Eric! He is absolutely the best landlord I've ever had! He has always stayed on top of everything we've brought to his attention the best he could and there hasn't been a thing that hasn't been fixed!
I rented from Eric for about 3yrs best landlord hands down. So the property manager decided to rent there own properties and Eric is no longer my landlord. I should had left when they removed Eric I've had nothing but a hard time under this new management.
