This company is banking on you not knowing your tenant rights. Home-N-Harth will try and stiff you on your deposit and fail to comply with state laws. Eric Harth is shady, and he will try and lie and delay returning your money. If you are having the same issues we are having because of a failure to comply with statuets please file a small claims with Sedwick County. Do not let them take advantage of you or keep the money younare owed.

This company failed to return our deposit and did not give us an itemized list of why they were keeping our deposit. When I contacted them more than 37 days and 35 days after we moved out and walked the house with Eric Harth and the home owner. Eric Harth said he did not have an itemized list ready as of 10/27/2025 and that he was refusing to give us our deposit back. I thought Eric and Garrett were great. Move in process was a breeze. I lived there 7 years and they always fixed things promptly. Never had issues paying rent online other than the 10.00 fee to do so. Move out process was a breeze-got full deposit back. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Terrible experience with this company. My moving in experience was mediocre. Waited an hour at the house for a showing that was scheduled a week before. Had to call to remind Mr. Eric that I was there, waiting on him. I was promised the multiple faults in the house I pointed out when being shown around were to be fixed before I moved in. They never were. I pointed out multiple mouse holes in the walls and Mr. Eric lied right to my face saying that's where cable was installed and not to worry.
