I thought Eric and Garrett were great. Move in process was a breeze. I lived there 7 years and they always fixed things promptly. Never had issues paying rent online other than the 10.00 fee to do so. Move out process was a breeze-got full deposit back. I would recommend to my friends and family.
Terrible experience with this company. My moving in experience was mediocre. Waited an hour at the house for a showing that was scheduled a week before. Had to call to remind Mr. Eric that I was there, waiting on him. I was promised the multiple faults in the house I pointed out when being shown around were to be fixed before I moved in. They never were. I pointed out multiple mouse holes in the walls and Mr. Eric lied right to my face saying that's where cable was installed and not to worry. Haven't had the greatest experience so far. Initially communication was great, but once I've gotten moved in hard to reach anyone. The toilet in the half bathroom doesn't flush properly, the one upstairs was supposed to be getting fixed the handle was broken before I moved in and we've been have to stick our hands in the back of the bowl to flush it and the fridge leaks I have to put paper towels in front of it to keep the floor dry. And I have been trying to set up my account to do rent payments to no avail. Just really wou... read more
