The Nielsens were wonderful to deal with. Their professional advice was spot on about everything, from staging the home to not selling any appliances if they are working, since the new owners will invariably change them. But when they talked curb appeal, and suggested painting the front door red, I was a little shocked, but who knew there were so many shades of red! It turned out to be a perfect choice. Allan & Nicuta was an absolute God send to us through our purchase process. We were new to the US real estate market and they are incredibly knowledgeable about the area. The Nielsens are a wonderful couple who know their market very well. They paid attention to all the details when evaluating the price of my deceased parents' home, and walked me through each of the steps along the way. They took aerial pictures with a drone, and a lot of great pictures of the inside and outside of the home. They also connected me with people to sell some of the furniture, people to haul away things going to charity, and people to clean out the garage and then the house once empty.
