I used Home Matters Cincinnati for almost a year. They far exceeded my expectations. Unlike other agencies, I was never left with a no call no show caregiver. Their people make the difference, top notch and professional and they care for their patients like family. Can't recommend them highly enough. Now they also provide service through the VA too.
