The Home Matters team covering the Bay Area in Santa Clara county was great to work with. Sunny coordinated the help I needed after returning from a skilled nursing facility. The care takers that came were so helpful and fun to be around.
As with a lot of companies, your experience can depend on the employee you get when you use the service. Home Matters started off strong but has gone downhill over the last couple months. Caregivers range from top notch to unprofessional and unreliable. Some seem to have a lot of personal issues that they bring to work. It’s difficult to get a live person at Home Matters when you call for help.
