I used HMA for a couple of years to manage my 6 properties. The people who work there are nice, but did not prove to be competent so I had to replace them with a different property management company. The difference has been night and day. HMA was not very responsive to tenant needs, causing tenants to have to contact me in a panic sometimes. HMA was slow on collecting money.
