At this time, we have three healthcare providers. Diane,or "Ziene" has been our longest, both morning and night. Slava helps one morn and Geisi has started two morns per week. They have truly been lifesavers for me as a caregiver. Willing to help in any way. Diane is also a wonderful cook. Thanks to all my Ruben's girlfriends...they make his life and mine easier. Mike Levine is ok too!
Kelsi has been amazing. She has only been helping my mother for a short time, but my mother thinks she is great and she is a huge help as I cannot be there all the time as I have a full time job. Thank you Home Instead Senior Care for providing excellent service.
Someone from the office recently used my name to review and gave Home Instead Venice a 5. It certainly wasn't me. I was just going to let the poor experience go, but if you lie and use my name, all bets are off. Five years ago, I would have given them a 10. Not now. If you have a great experience, I'm glad. It's been a horrible time with covid, but it's not an excuse to send non-trained anti Vaccers into an elderly persons’ home. The billing discrepancy was terrible.
