My experience with Home Instead was great. Everything I asked for was immediately set in motion. My PSW was attentive to my every need. I had to have help to travel to a clinic .. in the cold, in the slush, and it all went smoothly. She was very personable and empathetic. I’ve asked for her to help me again.
Fantastic Care and Concern I called Home Instead and explained my situation and before I knew it a case worker came by. The psw worker who came by the next day was great as well.
