We couldn’t be happier with Honor Home Instead of Royersford, PA and especially our amazing Care Professional, Aileth Hinds. She goes above and beyond for our elderly parents—handling medications, meals, cleaning, and laundry—and even picks up prescriptions and groceries when needed. Our mom (88) has short-term memory issues, and our dad (89) has trouble getting around, so having someone as reliable and compassionate as Aileth has been a huge relief. Home Instead was able to provide caregivers with short notice. Our Home Instead Caregiver, Ms. Smith, has a wealth of experience, is quite professional, kind, a problem solver and very compassionate. In short - she is amazing! The company's administration, both local in Royersford and national, has been responsive and helpful.
My mother is now 102 and she sings the praises of her care pro, Rosemary, everyday. I am so thankful for everything Rosemary does- if there’s a problem with something in the apartment breaking down, she calls someone to fix it; she helps my mothers schedule appts if necessary, does a lovely job fixing my mothers hair and makes her feel beautiful still, she does many chores and engages my mother in conversation with respect and dignity. Most important she makes her feel safe, cared for, and valued. Thank you Rosemary!!
