Home Instead has been providing in-home care for my 90+ year old mother for the last 2 1/2 years. I recommend Home Instead very highly. The management and administration have been extremely supportive and understanding. The caregivers have been dependable, kind, attentive, hard working, sensitive, sweet and trustworthy. It is not the only in-home agency we have tried, but they were the best.
We found Home Instead for my mother-in-law. She was living in assisted living but it was getting too expensive for her. We made the decision together for her to move into an apartment in a 55+ older community, and have Home Instead come help. Home Instead has been a great company, we have been impressed and pleased with their care of our mom. The caregivers have been sweet, attentive, and competent. We especially love Lori, she is consistently checking in, giving advice, and we know she genuinely cares about our mom's care and progress.
