It is a constant struggle to get them to communicate. If someone can’t come. Call. If someone different is coming. Call! If there is any change. Please call! After dealing with them for over a year I have run out of nice ways to explain that we are owed some curtesy. Too many times someone shows up or doesn’t show up or the caregiver is changed and we are not notified.
