I rate HISC a 5. I have had several good caregivers. I have one in particular named Kelsey Rowland. She deserves a big gold star and a dollar raise. She truly know what she is doing. She stays busy and knows exactly what to do without being told. Thank you HISC and thank you Kelsey Rowland for all you do!
