From the start you can see the professionalism and you feel very comfortable from your first in home meeting. I had Faith meet with my mom and I and we could tell we had made the right call. We have already grown close to our caregiver Rosa and she does a great job of doing what needs to be done but still letting them live their lives and feel independent. Our case manager has a great support team that is thoroughly communicative. I would refer Home Instead to anyone needing in home care for themselves or for a loved one.
We interviewed 3 different companies and during our last interview, it happened to be with Home Instead. We were struggling to get our mother into her briefs as she had soiled herself and Faith jumped in for a ‘working interview’. We were so impressed with her willingness to help and provide encouragement, direction, and stability, that we knew she was our person. I reached out to Faith at home instead and she came out to meet my dad and I she was so helpful and reassuring that she would find the perfect person to match up with him. She sent out Bethany and what a godsend she has been I gave them 110%, I am so excited that my dad gets to stay in his own house with the help of home instead and Beth keeping my dad on track.
