Margaret, Armelle and Alba have been fabulous caregivers for my mom and dad, they treat them with respect, kindness and are compassionate.
We love our Home Instead Aid Charine. My loved one considers her a member of the family. She truly cares not only for my loved one but also about my loved one. Charine knows how to make her laugh and is willing to do whatever activities with her. Charine makes it easy to leave home each day knowing my loved one is in capable hands.
The two caregivers that have cared for my mom and dad have been AMAZING! Awilda and Laurie have been with us for years and cared for my mom with love, patience, and sensitivity until she passed earlier this year. Honor has been great to work with and is always quick to attend to any requests. Couldn’t be more grateful.
I have been using Home Instead for the past year after cancer surgery and subsequent health problems. My main Care Pro, Elmer Highsmith, is an unbelievably wonderful caregiver. He not only is experienced, efficient, and diligent, but also has a terrific personality. He is practically a member of our family (our dogs like him almost more than me), and I know I would not have made the progress I have made without his assistance and the excellent service I have received from Home Instead.
