Tammi and Nikki have been very caring and conscientious caregivers for my parents. They are reliable, prompt, positive and go above and beyond to see to their needs physically and emotionally. They cook their favorite meals, and keep busy around the house during quiet times. They work hard to make a connection with both of them and genuinely care about them. All of the caregivers were very caring and professional. We were concerned that some did not read previous caregivers notes and were not prepared for some of my father’s behaviors. Some of the caregiver’s notes also did not mention difficult situations or behaviors. We were very pleased after having different caregivers each shift for the most part, we were able to have the same caregiver for the last 3 nights before we transitioned our father to a memory care facility.

I have been with home instead for 10 months. Arnie has been a good caregiver. He was my first caregiver from home instead and I will not change a thing.
