We have a few staff that come in to help our residents. Chloe is always cheerful and bubbly which the residents love
Overall, it was a very good experience. Their team work is very good and they do their best to provide you with a seamless service. One of their strengths is their service monitoring by meeting with you at your home. They take your input seriously. When Home Instead Home Care Services started to support me, my health took a serious turn, and because of the quality of their team and the caregivers, it helped me recuperate and gain back my health that I didn’t think I was able to. I contracted Home Instead in late February for daily companionship for my father. He has mild dementia and lives in his own home so he needed help with medications and needed daily interactions. He was initially against the idea but the choice was that or move to assisted living. We gave it a try and he was paired up with Gwen. She is lovely and a perfect match.
