Very happy with Sara and Cynthia and Pam. All are very helpful, friendly , cooperative. Wish we could have Pam 8 days a week.
My care pro Karissa Farley is amazing. She constantly goes the extra mile. I feel like she is just not here for the paycheck she truly is very compassionate about her job. I am also very happy with Katie at Honor she works with me on my schedule when I have doctor appointments.
Home Instead takes care of my loved one with professionalism, compassion, companionship and grace! They aren’t too bad at a foot bath either! They drive him to Dr appts when I’m not available.They make sure he’s taking his meds on time, as well as assisting him with 3 meals/day. One call to the office is all it takes if there are new tasks you want to add. I was an RN for 21 years and consider myself picky when it comes to home care and I sincerely recommend their services!!!
I have to say that my mom is very well taken care of from our Caregiver. It's a big relief having someone that is very compassionate and caring about my mom
The Home Instead team was always responsive and concerned about providing my mom with care that was appropriate for her needs, circumstances, and personality. They really came through for us and we are grateful.
