I have been very pleased with the quality of service and care I have received from Home Instead Home care. My conversations with Jasmine and Cindi have been very professional and comforting to know the team truly cares about me as a client. My caregiver, Natasha, has gone above and beyond helping me recovery from foot surgery. My parents both really struggled with accepting caregiver help because they are private and didn't like having a "stranger" in their home, especially at such a vunerable time, when my dad was so sick. Chia (Chiamaka) was the very first caregiver (CG) to come and help and she was also the most consistent CG who was scheduled to help. My dad wasn't remembering things precisely as his body was failing him. The second night Chia came, he asked "is Itsy here yet"? He called her Itsy instead of Chia. We hired Home Instead in April 2025 to come in mornings for my mom. My mom is 95. She has the beginnings of dementia and she’s a little frail. We needed a caregiver who would be young and fun and empathetic to my mom. Who’s a real sweetheart. Home Instead assigned Tiffany to us and she has done an amazing job with my mom. Mom looks forward to her coming in every morning and helping her with her showers and getting dressed and fixing her an amazing breakfast of foods that my mom likes.
