Our loved one has dementia and frequently does not make sense when talking. Every time our caregiver responds with compassion and respect for our loved one. Our caregiver always goes above and beyond expectations!
My aunt has been with the Naperville Home Instead for over 15 years. Adam Westell and his team are amazing! The whole Naperville team goes above and beyond. We used Home Instead, Home Care Service after my Dad came home from the hospital and rehab facility. Kristen was amazing and even came to the rehab facility before my Dad came home to make sure we would have the care we needed. We had wonderful help to transition my Dad at home. We also used their services when we were gone for the weekend. This company is very professional and dependable. Really great people. Very flexible to match a caregiver to our needs. Kind of a scary process. However, Home Instead staff does a great job throughout helping everyone feel comfortable. Very pleased!
