I would strongly caution families against trusting Home Instead of Jacksonville with the care of a loved one. We had a very positive initial meeting with Shayne and were clear about our three non-negotiable needs: a Care Pro who would actively engage with my mom and initiate activities, consistency in scheduling rather than a different person each time, and experience working with Alzheimer’s patients. What an excellent company to work with. From the very first contact they have expressed care and offered support. We needed some day to day assistance for our aging parents. The care has been great. The responsiveness when we’ve had questions has been quick and efficient. So glad we found this service! Highly recommend!
