I wished the caregivers that were sent had better experience. It did not seem there was a strong if any training program. Amy was less than pleasant to deal with. We have found a wonderful replacement to take care of my husband.
The office staff is awesome, work very hard to meet my needs. My husband has recently added hospice care and the added # of Home Instead caregivers has increased greatly. Everyone who they have sent has been easy to work with and so kind and compassionate with me and my husband.
