The customer service/support was excellent. Had some really good caregivers, some not so great, but they were really good about discretely resolving issues when certain caregivers weren't a good fit.
For the last three months, I have had several aids from HOME INSTEADwatch my wife for several hours while I either went shopping or played golf with friends. The care given by the aids taking care of my wife was exceptional. They showed true compassion and made the effort to keep her busy By doing puzzles, taking walks, or drawing with color in a coloring books. Home Instead has been invaluable for my parent’s aging. Our home care provider, Valerie has been outstanding. She provides companionship, cleaning, and shuffling my folks to various doctor appointments, grocery shopping and other errands. More, importantly my parents lover her and value what she does for them. Home Instead has also been flexible for scheduling changes and have been very helpful answering various questions we had over time. Great experience!

We have been so happy with Home Instead; wonderful communication and so responsive to any changes to schedule. Huge shout out to our mother’s main caregiver Cindy. She is so responsible, also great at communication, works very hard every shift, and continually goes above and beyond. Most recently, my mother had thumb surgery (unfortunately when we were out of the country).
