Home instead gave ue relief to have a life for 8 hrs. a wk. But after over a year things not so great. Lot of turnover in employees and looks like poor training I find it better to be home alone for now!
I am contacting you to let you know that home instead is an excellent caregiving agency. I have had my caregiver, Monique, for 2 years and I don't know what I would do without her. She is always on time, extremely caring, understands my needs, always making sure she is nearby for me, and takes the initiative to do things. Once again she is the best caregiver I have ever had and home instead should be proud to have her as an employee and I hope you can find others who are as good as her thank you
