I have been cared for by a few different agencies and people. Home Instead has provided me with the best caregiver ever. Sylvia R. is always on time and very pleasant to deal with. She knows what to do and does it without being told over and over again. The quality of her work is phenomenal. Her personality is well matched to mine, and we have many laughs together. I always look forward to seeing her because she is such a joy to deal with. Honestly, I would be lost without her.

April, from Home Instead New Port Richey, has been with us for more than two years. I am hemiplegic and use a wheelchair. April helps me transfer to/from my bed and toilet. She cooks and cleans. She takes me out shopping and dining. From day one she began learning mandarin so she could understand me better. Her Chinese is quite good now. We don’t know what we would do without her!
