We have been very happy with our caretakers from Home Instead. They are friendly, prompt, and flexible. My 2 favorite things are that they send the same person for the same shift with an occasional sub. Second, is most of the caretakers are 100% focused on the person they are caring for. The office scheduler has also been very helpful and puts up with our constantly changing schedules.
The workers are very friendly and helpful. Good companionship and I’m glad my family chose Home Instead to be my care provider.
