Home Instead has been a wonderful choice for my aging mom. They’ve been caring for my mom for over a year now and have been huge in her recovery and memory work. They always help with her light housework, and assist with her evening meals and this allows my mom to be able to stay in her home where she enjoys being. Don’t think I could have done this past year without Home Instead
In this review of Home Instead I'd like to point out that we've used a different home care company in the past. The care givers & staff at Home Instead are far superior to other companies in our area! The care givers are kind, considerate, & knowledgeable. They've always been willing to work with us if we needed to adjust our scheduled times. The office staff are always willing to work with us to meet our needs. I highly recommend Home Instead!
For the last 6 months, we have had the opportunity to work with Alec and his team for the care of my aging parents. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this group --they are consistent, hard working and, above all, compassionate. The team has had to navigate some tricky situations and they have been stellar. I would highly recommend this company.
We have had Home Instead staff come into our home to help care for my wife for nearly one year. The staff are well qualified and compassionate. They have been a huge help to me, the primary care giver, in that they not only care for Joy but will do light house keeping. I would highly recommend Home Instead of DeKalb.
