We had an incredible experience with Home Instead Chambersburg PA. I want to especially commend Angie Lance. She is the most loving, caring, considerate, and gentle person I've met. Her care of our loved one was over and beyond. Thank you, we are forever grateful.
I wanted to post a 5 Star review specifically for Monica Hogue. Monica has recently been assisting my mom 3 days per week. Monica has a positive and upbeat attitude! She is eager to assist and proactive in seeking out additional needs and responsibilities. Monica is very thorough with her cleaning and seeks opportunities to engage and learn my mom's preferences. Overall, Monica is fantastic and we are so thankful that she is here to help!
would highly recommend working there the supervisor Latosha is amazing always positive and uplifting and greets you with a smile and compassion gail is also amazing always helped me with no problem but the front desk laady and the lady who brings the client were very racist and judemental towards me when i came into the off to pick up something that Gail left for me they both were rude and made comments about me being on assistance refusing to give me my papers it was a very bad experience for me which is why i quit but over... read more
We have been blessed by Home Instead caregivers. Shayla, Jason, and Hally are always on time, very compassionate and caring. They communicate so well during their shifts and help out with little things that mean so much. Highly recommend!
This company had been wonderful up until now . I am not happy been very inconsistent and not notified when changes are being made. Eugen ,Taylor ,Sheri and Lena have been wonderful I recommend theses ladies anywhere !
