I have worked with Home Instead for over a year. The office staff are great at communicating with caregivers and clients, and I am always happy to tell clients to call the office with any questions I can’t answer. I appreciate the training caregivers undergo as well. Caregivers are better prepared to care for clients, and if we have any questions, concerns, or need additional training, they are quick to provide a solution.
We have Jennifer merlier as our caregiver, her smiles are contagious, and her work ethics go way beyond. She's very smart and friendly. You want find another like her on the list
