We worked with them for about 4 months, while we were arranging to move my mother in law from Sn. Fco. to Virginia, where we live. We had an interview with Victoria Drake first, who did an assessment of my mother- in-law 's needs and she matched her with the best caregiver that you could only wish for in your best dream. From the hospital to the home bedside, Home Instead has provided amazing care for my family member. They were there at the hospital, on the ambulance transport and then in the home. Their dedicated team of CarePros are very professional and caring. The team has gone above and beyond to make my family member feel respected and cared for. Home Instead was professional, thorough, and compassionate. They cared for my 82yo father during the last three months of his life on hospice care. I got to know several of the caregivers personally as we cared for my father together: I especially treasured my father's time with Yvonne, Rihyana, Sebastien, and Kaye.
