I have been using Home Instead for years and have been satisfied until today. I recently scheduled a ride to my doctors office. It is below zero. I received a call soon after telling me they no longer provide transportation so they canceled my ride. It's below zero. I'm a senior with serious heath issues. This is inexcusable!!! I will never call them again!!!
I heard a lot of great things about this company I'm trying to move my dad to new york because he is 89 years old and needs a lot more physical therapy. I'm worried about him home alone not alot of resources in florida
