It is really disappointing to see how poorly ran this company is. Having worked at this location years ago and loving my experience it was the first place I recommended when my grandma was looking for a private caregiver for my great grandpa. We started services in mid October and in that short time have dealt with four calls off for overnight shifts. Natasha is a excellent home care provider. She helps me to be more independent. she is also so kind.
Tosha gives me the confidence to leave the house for errands knowing that my wife is well taken care of. Beyond that her house keeping skills are excellent and she is interested in doing them as I want them done.
So thankful for the flexibility Home Instead has offered our family. Home Instead has been such a blessing to work with. Our caregiver has been wonderful to our loved ones! Highly recommend…..sooner than later.
Have heard lots of good things about senior care from this company. Seniors age so much better in their familiar environment! Highly recommend!
