I give my Caregivers 100 plus! I've not had any problems with any of them! They always do what they can, tasks companionship, and are compassionate. My Caregivers Joyce, Lisa, Olivia, field trainer Jackie and Case Manager Angel really care and are all Sweethearts!
Jackie and Christine are Top Notch Caregivers! Personable, caring, compassionate. Very good at housekeeping, preparing meals and getting groceries. Helps keep track of my appointments. I just love them to death! Best ones I've ever had! Jackie Christine and my case manager Angel genuinely care and are all compassionate! All 3 go above and beyond with what they do!

Overall I’d say that we had a very positive experience with Home Instead. As this was our first time hiring a caretaking agency to come and look after my father, I was a little apprehensive, but Home Instead helped put that at ease. Now I can’t speak for the other branches, but the one in Elkhart IN was top tier service. From the start they were professional, approachable and willing to answer any of the questions I had.
