My family is currently receiving services from them. We have been very impressed with the process, staff and services so far! This has been an excellent option for our situation!

We used Home Instead North Wilkesboro NC franchise for care for my mother-in-law. We made the mistake (willingly admitting that) of privately scheduling a caregiver that worked with my mother-in-law from Home Instead to fill a 4 hour shift at last minute (private caregiver got sick). As this was apparently a contract violation, the franchise owner said that he had no choice but to end the contract.
