We started using Home Instead-Williamsville Spring of 2023 for our mom with Mild Cognitive Impairment. We started off with 3x/week 3 hours a day. We were able to adjust the schedule to add days and hours over the last 3 years as her dementia progressed. Home Instead staff was also always accommodating to add weekend coverage when needed. We have been so happy with Home Instead. Jonathan did an amazing job getting us set up. He made the process so easy. And he's checked in regularly to make sure things are going smoothly. And Mayra was the perfect choice for caregiver. She had been a perfect fit and everyone loves her.
