Saundra Mcray my care giver and a great companion. She is one of the best people of which I’ve ever had. I have gotten care givers of which has not measured up to Sandra. There isn’t any thing of which I have asked that she has not done for me. I appreciate you for employing such a wonderful person. Jean assisted me over the phone and was very helpful with a time sensitive situation. She was kind, understanding and listened to what I had to say. She was able to help me figure something out within 30 minutes! Very impressed.
Home Instead provided care for my parent's for the last two years. Overall, my experience with this home health agency was very positive. The caregivers were caring, attentive, and consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Communication from the scheduling staff was excellent—they always kept us informed .
Everyone has always been very responsive to our needs. My husband looks forward to his special aide visiting each day.
