You can feel the compassion and commitment as soon as you walk in—such a wonderful group of people making a real difference in the community!
The staff that cares
The Charlotte based Home Instead office really came through when we needed them. We gave little notice and they showed up. The caregivers are kind and personable. We especially loved Dianne. Andrea in the office and Barbara who does staffing were always there for me. Day or night someone answered. Can’t say enough good things about them.
Highly recommend!!! This company has helped my family out on several different occasions over the years (needing a sitter in the hospital, and at home for elderly relatives). They provide such peace of mind. We have had different caregivers over the years, and they have always been helpful and professional. The director of client care, Karen, has been a life saver, always making sure my family is well taken care of even on short notice. I would highly recommend their services!!!
We employ Home Instead to help escort our son through the Charlotte Airport. The employees have been wonderful helping him from gate to gate and sitting with him while he is waiting for his flight. This is a valuable service for us because if they were not there we gave a 3hour journey to pick him up in Charlotte then return to Fayetteville, NC .
