Gifting a senior during the holidays is truly one of my favorite programs. Martin did an incredible job and the process was so simple and smooth. The tree was set up and our customers were so excited and were heavily involved. Martin came frequently to pick up the gifts that were left in the box next to the tree. It was never overfilled and the customers really enjoyed it. If you are able I highly recommend working with Homestead as I truly feel they are passionate about their mission!
Working for Home Instead these past years has been a delight. My fellow coworkers make the tought days seem like a breeze, we share the same passion for this industry and work together to provide our families with love and support. Kenneth Vann is an excellent caregiver. He is very attentive to my husband, always ready to help him. A very “ gentleman”. He is very respectful and very well/ mannered. We want to keep him as Alfred’s caregiver.
As a recent military member and now Veteran and in need of A LOT of help, I have received this above and beyond from Home Instead. Martin Gonzalez is great. He is a VA expert. He took me to the VA office to get my dad registered and get appointments needed for my dad to get the VA benefits that he is entitled to. We now have him all set up with VA Primary Care doctor, VA Social Work and daily care from Home Instead and NOW the VA will cover the charges instead of my dad picking up the costs!
