My parents are receiving around the clock care from Home Instead - Papillion. Tim Connelly and his admin team have done an amazing job of putting together an excellent team to care for them. They love their caregivers and it gives our family great comfort knowing that they are receiving such a high level of care. My elderly parents used Home Instead for over 1.5 years. Natasha met with all of us for the first meeting and thoroughly explained the types of things they would receive from caregivers. She also explained the costs. Over the course of time we had a stellar staff of Nancy, Ann, Marlou and Jennifer who cared for my parents. Julia, the substitute, was also great.
