My parents are receiving around the clock care from Home Instead - Papillion. Tim Connelly and his admin team have done an amazing job of putting together an excellent team to care for them. They love their caregivers and it gives our family great comfort knowing that they are receiving such a high level of care. Thank you to Home Instead for making sure that they are able to live in the only place they want to be, home!
My elderly parents used Home Instead for over 1.5 years. Natasha met with all of us for the first meeting and thoroughly explained the types of things they would receive from caregivers. This was out 1st time with Home Instead and they were amazing!! My mom and I were traveling to celebrate her brothers 80th and my dad needed support due to his dementia. They worked so closely with my mom and I to ensure he had the right care approach!! The updates on the portal were wonderful!! Their dedication to making my dad and mom's experience safe and relaxed gave us great peace of mind!! We had a wonderful time celebrating her very special brother!! The Papillion branch of Home Instead has been instrumental in providing personal assistance to my mother for the past several months, which has allowed her to stay in her home. They have been accessible to answer any questions we had and accommodating to our many changes. The caregivers have been prompt and professional, yet friendly and approachable. Home Instead has given me peace of mind knowing my mother was receiving quality care. I highly recommend their services!
Home Instead was so helpful when a family member with cognitive impairment was struggling to continue living independently with no spouse, children, or grandchildren nearby to help.
