The in-home care pros became warm and treasured friends to Mom. Home Instead has been such a great help for our family. The owner, management and caregivers have been wonderful. They respond immediately to phone calls. The caregivers have been so kind and supportive. They are all friendly, warm and trustworthy. Service was quick to start. I can highly recommend this agency !!!
Not sure what their services are like - I never even got that far. The automated answering service on every line I can find hangs up every time I press a button on my phone to try to get the proper extension. The only way to get a call back is to agree on the website to let them send you junk marketing texts. Why on earth would anyone trust people who obviously don't want to be reached on the phone with an elderly parent ?
Great company, very timely, and professional in all areas!!
