If I could give this agency a zero ...I would....I scheduled an appt with Amanda for a home health...which by the way..there is no certification needed to be a caregiver here in Delaware... I was 5 mins late and she said shw couldnt meet with me bc she only had 18 minutes left. Nonsense..thats why people work in Walmart into their old age here in Delaware....bc 18 mins she decided to do nothing than to accomplish what we could have accomplished in 18mins.
