Mixed impression if you are looking to be a caregiver and leave your loved one in their hands. There's a lovely lady with blonde hair and glasses at the front desk, but Meghan Lux isn't so nice. Home instead has allowed our family to enjoy our time with Mom and Dad. I know that they are safe, well fed and clean. The house always looks inviting. Mom passed last year and our care taker was there to help with everything. She has stayed on caring for Dad. She has become like family. She communicates well and answers all questions or refers us to who can give us the answers. For me it's the people. From those in the office to the care givers in the field, this is such a wonderfully warm and caring group of people. They give me confidence knowing that my mom is in their care. Also, very accommodating and flexible to changing circumstances.
Very professional and kind caregivers. The training is strong. The organization is very responsive.
