I was really happy with the services provided. The ladies helped me thru the day with helping make sure Mon was eating, taking the proper meds, and light housekeeping as was needed. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Home Instead again if needed.
I had two parents in the Waterford Retirement home. Home Instead was able to provide the amount of care Dad needed when he needed it. When my Dad ( who was an amputee) slowly got worse, Home Instead stepped up and made my life a lot easier. Between Home Instead and myself, we were able to provide palative in home care for Dad right up to the end. The staff were all so kind to him. I highly recommend them.
I cannot thank Home Instead enough for quickly organizing a team of compassionate PSW's to assist with caring for my mother. Kandace went above and beyond to meet not only my mother's needs, but our family's needs. All PSW's arrived on time for their shift, and not only provided compassionate care but spent quality time with my mom. I would not hesitate to use their service again, as it was a tremendous help! Keep providing this valuable service to clients and their families.
Excellent care for my father-in-law. He had a roster of daily caregivers and found them all to be helpful, kind, competent and personable. On many occasions they went above and beyond to help him get medical care and even shovel the stairs! The caregivers all got to know him and understand his likes and dislikes and how they could best support him. The office team was always very flexible and responsive in terms of scheduling. It was a relief for the family to know that Home Instead was there for us.
