We used Home Instead from early 2025 until my husband passed in Sept 2026. Chris, the owner, is great. You can tell right away that he cares and that’s why he does this. Pam is wonderful and easy to work with. The aides were professional, helpful and reliable.
My experience with home instead was my family member had dementia and there was so many different nurses that came to care for her and I think that was very confusing for her ,one nurse was very good to her ,most were good but one girl flipped out when I asked her to do the dishes, that was unprofessional
Home Instead has been amazing, they are caring, honest and always available 24/7. Chris works incredibly well with the V.A. In arranging and delivering services to Veterans. If you, or a family member is Vet that needs home services, I would not hesitate to contact them. Thanks
