My husband and I love Home Instead. We have used their services for over two years. Last week Adriane was the caregiver for my husband. She cleaned the apartment twice!! And played chess with him. She is a kind and caring person. We will definitely be using the services again,
I love everyone on my Home Instead Team from my Caregiver Dora to Sara my Case Manager to the office people and the owners. They care about me as a person insuring that I receive the best possible care from errands to bathing assistance to making my home safe and presentable. I literally could not function without them. They take care giving to a whole different level. Finally, they remember their Clients at Christmas time which not every caregiving agency does.
Our Home Instead caregiver has gone above and beyond in caring for my blind husband. This requires a lot of focus, attention, and care to support him. She has also helped us both with learning technology, and offering other assistance as needed. We appreciate her humor and concern for our well being. We recommend Home Instead to others, and we recommend our caregiver too! She is the best.
I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to Home Instead for the incredible care they have provided my mom after her fall in September. Their caregivers are very compassionate and extremely kind. Madhu, one of the caregivers, has been providing my mom with exceptional care, from house cleaning to personal care.
