I highly recommend Home Instead! My family and I were in an urgent, complex situation. Home Instead was extremely professional, understanding, and flexible in figuring out how to navigate this and get the support we needed. Brittany and Sara were excellent with communication and the caregivers were fantastic. I've used other caregiving services in the past and this experience was top notch. Thank you for your help!

My father has been Receiving Care from Home Instead for over a year now. After a thorough search and turning down several agencies , Home Instead has changed all of our lives for the better. Home Instead has been a life-saver for our family. Our mother lives in Portland while we are in Seattle, and Home Instead has been a critical part of our care team. Marcia researched events that were of interest to us. She also helped write thank you's and did an incredible job taking our thoughts and put them down on paper. She was consistentanly on time! Vivian was willing to change her schedle to meet our needs. She is very kind and always polite. She did a great job cleaning our bathroom! She was consistentatly on time too! Lucy showed up even on Fridays. She is a natural and makes a killer sandwich. She follows directions very well!

Home Instead really helped us out with personal and home care after my husband’s unexpected surgery. David was the best caregiver we could have had. He was kind and caring and diligent and he and my husband developed a nice rapport, which I think helped my husband recover more quickly. Thank you, David!
