I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. One of their employees broke into my grandmother’s home while our family was asleep. This incident occurred off duty, yet it was reported and no action was taken against the employee. Even more disturbing, the company later allowed this same individual to be present with my grandmother while she was on her deathbed in the hospital. We appreciate that they communicate proactively and always follow through — we’ve never had issues with last-minute cancellations. Their consistency and compassion truly make a difference in the day-to-day experience of those we serve.
Home Instead is fantastic to work with. They do a great job with care for my dad and it really takes the pressure off of me to do daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and going to the grocery store. If you are needing help with a loved one, I would highly recommend Home Instead
