The most caring and professional people we could have hoped for. My mother-in-law was a particular person but absolutely lived her care givers. The office staff were awesome and always returned our calls promptly. Sadly my mother-in-law passed away from natural causes. Home Instead even came to her Celebration of Life.
I was with Home Instead for approximately four years. They are very caring, very responsible, and the person they sent to provide me with care was someone that fit me perfectly. If I had not had financial difficulties, I would still be using them. They’re an excellent company and they truly care about the people they serve.
Home Instead went above and beyond the expectations of our family during their care to our family member. Every employee from Crystal(who does the scheduling), Steven (who came out and explained how Home Instead works), Eric, Ashley and all the endless nurses that came 24/7 to help – were an absolute light in this time of darkness. Wonderful staff! Eric, Ashley and Crystal go above and beyond to meet whatever needs we had regardless of the often last minute notification. The Care Pro team loved my mom as if she were their own.
