I loved working for Home Instead! It’s a community/company that cares for you and their clients. Very supportive team. Very available when you have questions or concerns. They show gratefulness to all that we do as caregivers. Very flexible with scheduling . I had the hours I wanted pretty much immediately. Also the training is outstanding and covers everything that you need to know ! Amazing place to work ! Would work here again!

If you value your time as an employee, stay away from this company. If they don’t respect prospective employees, how could you possibly trust committing to them? Shockingly unprofessional for a company that claims they’re built on care. Elder care companies like this toot their own horn and leave the employees on the frontlines to carry the burdens of being understaffed and underpaid.
We have had the services of Home Instead for almost 4 months now and the staff there have added to our quality of life immensely and allowed us to stay in our home. They are a very impressive team. Kellie Kellie Is very efficient and caring and keeps everything running smoothly. She is excellent in matching people.
