Home Instead is absolutely the best place to work! The support is amazing! I really like having the autonomy but knowing help is a phone call away. The values of the agency are so applicable in today’s society. I love going into facilities and having staff tell me their great experiences with Home Instead. Working here is one of the best decisions I have ever made!
If you value your time as an employee, stay away from this company. If they don’t respect prospective employees, how could you possibly trust committing to them? Shockingly unprofessional for a company that claims they’re built on care. Elder care companies like this toot their own horn and leave the employees on the frontlines to carry the burdens of being understaffed and underpaid.
We have had the services of Home Instead for almost 4 months now and the staff there have added to our quality of life immensely and allowed us to stay in our home. They are a very impressive team.
