5 Stars goes to Lisa Larko my Home Instead scheduler. I guess it has taken me like 70 years, but I have finally found good schedulers to work with in a company that Im working at. I wanted to take a moment and thank you as well as the entire team and caregivers with Home Instead. It was comforting knowing that I had help after my knee surgery. As a previous caregiver for Home Instead, it was a humbling experience to be the one receiving the care. Each caregiver brought her unique personality and talents to the job. Having the support helped my mental health immensely.
Great company with an absolutely wonderful and caring in-home support team. They are always there promptly, with a smile on their face, and ready to help. From assisting with showering, changing bed sheets and cooking meals, to simply providing thoughtful and engaging conversation - these people as truely angles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need assistance with your loved one!!
I started my employment with Home Instead at the beginning of this year. They are such a fantastic company to work with! They are very helpful and informational in the onboarding process, mindful of your location when placing you with clients, and flexible and accommodating to your availability. Highly recommend for full or part-time!
Working for Home Instead has been such a remarkable experience. I get to have lots of flexibility in scheduling which has been a bonus as someone who has a lot of side projects they like to do. The office is a super supportive team and they truly care for your well-being in a job that has a high risk of being draining. To be able to assist aging members of our community in the way that we do at Home Instead is a super rewarding thing to experience and that has made this my favorite job that I've ever had.
